Why Total Heat & Electrical?

We have designed the company strategy, around twenty seven years of valued training, information and experience. It is our intention to provide a service to all our customers that can be reliable and professional at all times. It is our intention that all our work is to a standard which is to be approved by your staff on site so that the company will continue to improve and prosper with customer satisfaction. During our continued association with our customers, we have maintained an open relationship, so that if anything should arise, it can be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.

• As part of the company we have in place a system that has full trace-ability of all completed work and work in progress.
• We also have in place, systems to maintain training and qualifications relevant to the work which we undertake.
• It is our aim to ensure that our customers are at all times fully informed of work in progress and that all work is authorised by their appointed person on site with an order number before any work commences.
• On completion of all work, we will provide a completed work record, to be signed by your appointed person on site.
• We will then forward an invoice and any other documents required.
• As part of our service we will remain a member of the Gas safe register and maintain public liability insurance to a minimum of £2,000,000.00 and employer’s liability to a minimum of £10,000,000.00 . We take health and safety seriously and we have an appointed company called H.S. Direct to manage our health and safety requirements.
